H T Mould began with the development and manufacturing of thin-wall injection molds. Building on deep mold engineering know-how, we have evolved into a dedicated facility that combines mold design and manufacturing with thin-wall injection production. We focus on disposable thin-wall food packaging, in-mold labeled packaging, plastic milk-tea cups, lids, meal boxes, round bowls, and related families of products, and we offer custom packaging logo services. We position ourselves in the mid-to-high end of the industry, guided by the belief that molds are the foundation, molding is the application, production must be clean, and service must be efficient, and we are committed to becoming a globally recognized packaging partner for the food-service supply chain.
Unlike a stand-alone injection molding shop, H T Mould’s edge comes from many years of in-house R&D and production of thin-wall injection molds. Thin-wall molding places extreme demands on gate design, venting, cooling uniformity, and mold rigidity. With our own mold design and machining capabilities, we control molding quality from the tooling stage, shorten new-product development cycles, and avoid waste caused by mismatches between molds and the molding process.
From mold to molding — one team, one standard, full control. This end-to-end model lets us respond quickly to customer needs: whether optimizing structures, reducing weight and cost, or customizing special shapes, we can deliver the best solution starting from the mold. Today we operate more than 60 brand-name injection presses and 32 high-end IML lines; all equipment is tightly matched to our own molds, enabling large-scale production that is efficient, low-loss, and high-yield.
To meet strict standards for food-contact materials, H T Mould’s thin-wall injection plant runs full ISO Class 8 (100,000-level) clean production. From material feed to finished-goods exit, the process is managed in a closed, clean environment to prevent dust and microbial contamination. We follow national quality and hygiene testing requirements, with systematic safety checks from raw materials through every process step, so every batch of thin-wall food boxes, milk-tea cups, and IML products meets food-safety expectations.
As the world’s largest market for food-service packaging, China’s demand for high-quality thin-wall injection packaging remains strong. Based domestically, H T Mould leverages the cost and efficiency advantages of mold-plus-molding integration to supply stable consumables to chain restaurants, new-style tea brands, and food manufacturers.
We are also expanding overseas. With in-house mold development, clean-room production, and IML process strengths, our products are reaching Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Europe, the Americas, and beyond. We welcome global customers to discuss custom programs and explore new possibilities in thin-wall food packaging together.
We also operate an integrated platform for production, warehousing, and distribution of food-service packaging consumables: fast-moving sizes are stocked year-round, with nationwide coverage and growing export logistics to help customers reduce purchasing and freight costs.
